Girish brings with him a wealth of experience in workforce optimisation and talent alignment, having previously served as Global Head – Workforce Management at Apexon, where he played a key role in enhancing bench utilisation and aligning global delivery resources with evolving project needs.
During his tenure of over five years at Mindtree, Girish held pivotal leadership roles, including Program Director and Associate Director – Workforce Management. His contributions were central to driving resourcing efficiency and ensuring strategic skill alignment across functions.
His professional journey spans with Aditi Technologies, IBM Global Services, Syntel, SAP Global Delivery and Sonyo Consultants, where he was instrumental in shaping recruitment operations, workforce planning and talent deployment frameworks.
