In a leadership overhaul aimed at strengthening its retail banking and operational capabilities, RBL Bank has reappointed Narendra Agrawal as President and Head of Branch and Banking, while naming T.S. Pari as the new Chief Operations Officer (COO). The announcement aligns with the bank’s ongoing transformation plan to scale growth and enhance efficiency.
Agrawal, who brings over 25 years of experience in areas such as deposits, lending, payments and distribution, will be responsible for driving deposit growth, elevating the customer experience and aligning branch banking with asset sales.
T.S. Pari, with background across foreign and private sector banks, will lead efforts in operations optimisation, risk management and customer-centric process implementation.
RBL Bank’s Managing Director and CEO, R. Subramaniakumar, expressed confidence in the appointments, noting that both leaders possess the strategic acumen and operational expertise necessary to accelerate key business goals.
This leadership reshuffle comes at a crucial juncture as RBL Bank intensifies its efforts to transform its retail franchise and fortify its market position.
