Vanguard has announced the promotion of Venkatesh Natarajan to Principal and Head of its newly established Vanguard Technology Office in Hyderabad, India. This strategic move signifies a pivotal step in the company’s global expansion, aiming to enhance its technological capabilities and innovation footprint.
With over three decades of experience in leading digital transformations across renowned organisations such as QVC, HSN, Lowe’s Home Improvement and Walmart, Natarajan brings a wealth of expertise to his new role. At Vanguard, he has previously led teams focusing on Personal Investor Digital Channels Engineering and Capabilities and Platforms Engineering.
The Hyderabad office, expected to commence operations by late 2025, will serve as Vanguard’s first technology center in India. This initiative underscores the company’s commitment to tapping into India’s rich talent pool and fostering innovation to better serve its global clientele.
