OnGrid, recently, has announced the appointment of Manav Jain as its new Chief Business Officer (CBO). With a career spanning more than two decades, He brings a wealth of cross-sector experience from SaaS, fintech, IT and manufacturing industries.
Prior to joining OnGrid, Manav held senior leadership roles at organisations including LocoNav, Paytm, Microsoft and the Murugappa Group. In addition to his corporate stints, he is also a serial entrepreneur, having co-founded two hiring-tech ventures—UniHyr and Hyrr—reflecting his deep engagement at the intersection of business, HR and technology.
In his new role, he will spearhead customer success and business operations, focusing on enhancing efficiency and fostering long-term, sustainable growth. His leadership will also encompass key functions such as revenue strategy, technology, HR, finance, legal and administration.
