Wells Fargo, recently, has named Puja Trivedi as its new Executive Director, Senior Lead Talent & Performance Management Consultant, a key appointment in the bank’s efforts to elevate global talent development and leadership growth. In her new role, Tevedi will lead strategic initiatives focused on performance strategy, leadership development and forward-thinking talent frameworks that align with the bank’s inclusive and purpose-driven culture.
Bringing with her decades of experience in HR leadership, she will collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape and execute transformative talent strategies across the organization. Her appointment reflects Wells Fargo’s continued investment in building a resilient and people-first workplace.
Most recently, she served as Director, People Business Partner at Slalom, and previously held impactful roles at JPMorgan Chase and Co. as HR Business Partner – Commercial Banking, and at AXA Partners as Attraction, Talent and Development Manager.
She also spent over five years at Cars Commerce, where she led initiatives in performance management, employee engagement and leadership development. Earlier in her career, Puja contributed to organisations like Groupon, Target and conducted cross-cultural leadership research at Danone in London.
