Darwinbox Appoints Rishi Jha as Vice President – Customer Success to strengthen global client engagement

Darwinbox, a HR tech platform, has appointed Rishi Jha as its Vice President – Customer Success, reinforcing its commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences as it scales globally. Backed by over two decades of rich experience in HR transformation, shared services and customer engagement, Jha will spearhead the company’s global Customer Success and Key Account Management (KAM) functions.

In his new role, he will focus on enhancing enterprise client retention, increasing product adoption and boosting user engagement and revenue growth. His appointment aligns with Darwinbox’s ambitious expansion strategy across India, Southeast Asia, MENA and North America.

Jha’s professional journey spans industry leaders such as Deloitte, Alight Solutions, Aon Hewitt and Excelity Global, where he played pivotal roles in driving HR innovation and operational excellence. Most recently, he led HR transformation initiatives at Deloitte Consulting SEA, focusing on Shared Services and HR Technology. At Alight Solutions, he served as Head of ASEAN and India, crafting customised HR solutions for diverse enterprise clients across the region.
