Revature appoints Vikas Anand as VP of Revenue Operations – India to drive strategic growth

With over 20 years of experience in Revenue Strategy and Tech Talent Development, Vikas Anand will lead expansion and strengthen Its presence in India’s enterprise ecosystem

Revature, a technology talent development company, has announced the appointment of Vikas Anand as Vice President of Revenue Operations – India. Bringing over two decades of expertise from top-tier organisations such as NIIT, Simplilearn, HackerEarth, HT Media, Times Group, Metro AG and Airtel, Anand will spearhead revenue operations and support Revature’s broader mission to scale its impact across India’s rapidly evolving tech and talent ecosystem.

In his most recent role at NIIT StackRoute, Vikas led the Global Capability Center (GCC) business vertical, building the practice from the ground up and driving digital learning transformation strategies. At Simplilearn, he was instrumental in launching and scaling the GCC vertical, managing end-to-end business functions from P&L to hiring and operations. His contributions at HackerEarth helped expand enterprise sales in South India and the US, particularly in the tech hiring and innovation space.

His ability to craft scalable go-to-market strategies and lead high-performing teams positions him well to enhance Revature’s Hire-Train-Deploy model.

At Revature, he will focus on driving strategic revenue initiatives, especially in the GCC segment, while integrating emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML), cloud computing, cybersecurity and data analytics into Revature’s offerings. His experience and vision align with the organisation’s goal to deepen its presence in India and champion diversity and innovation in tech.

This appointment reflects Revature’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team and accelerating its growth trajectory in India’s dynamic talent development sector.
