Balancehero India, a leading digital financial services platform and subsidiary of South Korea-based Balancehero Co. Ltd., has appointed Anupam Vasdani as its new Group Chief Financial Officer.
Vasdani brings over two decades of extensive experience in finance and leadership having held senior roles at organizations such as Toyota Financial Services India, Habitat Housing Finance, Deutsche Postbank Home Finance and FiNoble Advisors. His expertise spans across critical financial domains including fundraising, investor relations, regulatory compliance, treasury management, asset-liability risk and digital transformation.
During his tenure at Toyota Financial Services India, Vasdani was responsible for managing annual fundraising worth INR 200 billion through diverse financial instruments including NCDs, CPs and offshore borrowings.
At Balancehero India, Vasdani joins a leadership team headed by CEO Charlie Lee and will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy as it navigates its next phase of growth. The company recently reported a 40% year-on-year revenue growth and a 38% increase in assets under management (AUM) in FY25—underscoring its commitment to expanding financial access in underserved markets.
