Tech Mahindra has announced the appointment of Arnav Sharma as Chief of Staff to the CEO & MD. Bringing over a decade of experience in strategic marketing and leadership, Sharma steps into a pivotal role that will support executive decision-making, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure effective execution of strategic priorities.
Prior to this, Sharma served as the Global Head of Strategic Marketing Programs, Brand Marketing, and CEO Communications at Tech Mahindra, playing a vital role in shaping the company’s global brand presence.
His extensive career also includes leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services, Dell Technologies, and Wipro, where he spearheaded initiatives in branding, communications, and business transformation.
In his new role, Sharma is expected to further strengthen Tech Mahindra’s strategic leadership and enhance its global positioning through close alignment with executive management and enterprise-wide goals.
