PwC India has announced the appointment of Sonia Ahlawat as Managing Director, bringing with her nearly 20 years of experience in people strategy, organizational transformation and leadership across diverse global sectors.
In her new role, Ahlawat will lead the people effectiveness agenda within PwC’s Deals Strategy practice, focusing on aligning talent strategy with business growth and delivering scalable, human-centric transformation solutions.
Prior to joining PwC, Ahlawat served as Director at Deloitte, where she spearheaded strategic HR initiatives and transformation programs that contributed significantly to business outcomes. Her career spans senior leadership roles across organizations including Middle East Internet Group, CMGRP India, Quest Diagnostics and InterGlobe Enterprises.
Ahlawat’s cross-industry expertise and deep understanding of regional dynamics position her to drive PwC’s mission of building future-ready organizations through people-led innovation and strategic leadership.
