RBL Bank has announced the appointment of Kumar Ashish as President – Head of Retail Assets and Collections and Himanshu Mishra as National Head – Branch Banking, as part of its strategic push to strengthen its retail banking operations.
Kumar Ashish brings over three decades of experience in the banking and financial services sector, with deep expertise across retail lending verticals including mortgages, vehicle and personal loans, SME and trade finance, digital lending, and microfinance. Known for driving innovation and operational efficiency, Ashish will lead the expansion of RBL Bank’s Retail Assets portfolio and head the Retail Secured Collections division.
Himanshu Mishra, with a career spanning over 27 years, is widely recognized for his entrepreneurial approach and leadership in building customer-focused banking teams. In his new role, he will oversee the transformation of the bank’s branch banking operations into a high-performing growth engine, reporting to the President – Head Branch Banking & Retail Liabilities.
