Tech Mahindra, a leading provider of digital transformation and consulting services, has announced the appointment of Sahil Dhawan as the new Head of India, Middle East and Africa (IMEA) Business. Dhawan brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise IT and a proven track record in managing global operations. In his previous role as Senior Vice President and Global Head – Enterprise Applications, he led end-to-end P&L responsibilities, overseeing sales, delivery, solutions and strategic alliances. His leadership was instrumental in integrating major enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow and Microsoft, helping drive digital transformation at scale for clients worldwide.
In his new role, Dhawan will focus on strengthening Tech Mahindra’s presence across the IMEA region, accelerating customer success and leading strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s global vision. His deep understanding of the regional business landscape and expertise in digital transformation are expected to play a key role in driving sustained growth.
